Dr. Jerry McQuain
Dr. Jerry McQuain began his career path as a Physical Therapist, graduating Valedictorian from West Virginia University in 2002. He went on to earn his medical degree from Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Parker, CO, in 2012, graduating Valedictorian. He completed Internal Medicine Residency in 2013 with Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, CO, Integrative Medicine Fellowship in 2018 with the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ and Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship in 2020 with Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Board Eligible in Integrative Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
He has worked in Hampton Roads for the past five years. His passion is combining traditional medicine with evidence-based complementary medicine to help those living with serious and complex illnesses achieve optimal health and quality of life. He offers a unique approach to this population, working as a team with patients, clients and other healthcare professionals.
In his free time, he enjoys yoga, meditation, cooking, working out and relaxing with friends and family.
